The mobile application is designed to facilitate real-time lead management, site visit scheduling, and customer follow-ups. Users must ensure accurate data entry to maintain system integrity.

Automation workflows configured within the system are intended to streamline the lead lifecycle. However, manual verification is advised where high-value decisions are involved.

Any misuse of the CRM or mobile app — including but not limited to spamming, false data entry, or unauthorized access — will lead to suspension or termination of the account without prior notice.

Support and upgrades for the platform are provided as per the agreed service level agreement (SLA). Custom modifications are subject to additional cost and timeline estimation.

All intellectual property including source code, app interface, workflow logic, and branding remain the sole property of MD NEWS LIVE.
